Dart Buddy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Dart Buddy is a darts scorekeeper for X01 and Cricket. We design for clarity during play: high-contrast scores, large tap targets on the scoring pad, and support for common iOS accessibility settings.

This page describes the accessibility features Dart Buddy currently declares on the App Store. We continue to improve coverage with each release.

App Store accessibility features

Dart Buddy declares support on the App Store for Larger Text, Dark Interface, and Reduced Motion on iPhone and iPad.

How each feature works

Dark Interface

Dart Buddy supports light, dark, and system appearance.

Reduced Motion

When Reduce Motion is on, celebratory animations on the match summary screen and certain feedback banners are simplified or disabled.

Larger Text (Dynamic Type)

Text scales with your system text size. Layouts adapt at larger sizes so setup, scores, and primary actions remain reachable.

Design for clarity

Scoreboard typography and controls are designed for legibility in light and dark mode. Turn state, cricket target closure, and status feedback use text and icons—not color alone.

Feedback

If accessibility does not work for you on a core task (starting a match, scoring, viewing history, or changing settings), please tell us:

Include your iOS version, device model, which assistive feature you use (for example Larger Text or Reduce Motion), and the screen where you had trouble.
